Life in Fortitude Valley surrounded by night clubs was far removed from country life. Although it was easy to enjoy natures beauty in New Farm Park when the jacarandas bloomed.
Our memories shape our thoughts, no matter what the situation. Sifting through them we discard the unpleasant and focus on the nice ones. Like a tourist in my own town I too captured these pleasant memories.

While other projects have not allowed Brisbane Memories to evolve as quickly as Barry would have liked. They certainly have allowed him to see Brisbane with new eyes as he has forged connections and expanded his artistic skills.
